Absolute worst and most irresponsible practice I’ve ever witnessed. In the time of the past two weeks my mom has developed a cardiovascular emergency which started with leg weakness. After persistent calls to the office no one has taken any action or responded to anything. Even a simple initial xray took over a full weak to get results with zero follow up. This has turned into a huge mess that could have been avoided with just basic level of care.

Dr Cash is a very caring Dr she listens to you and explains things to you . She doesn't rush you and let's you know what she thinks is best for care. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Dr. Cash has been my PCP for over 20 years now. She always demonstrates a genuine concern for her patient’s health and well being. She is willing to explain things and is open to answer any questions. My level of trust in her and her medical judgement is implicit. She is a rare and welcome find in a physician in today’s world. I can’t speak praises for her highly enough and would wholeheartedly endorse her for anyone looking for a physician.

Dr cash has been my dr since she came to West Point. She is an excellent doctor with an extremely great sense of science. I always feel she has accessed my condition and gives science based recommendations. No nonsense but also very caring. She has my highest respect.

Dr. Cash is always so thorough when I am there for my visits. I never feel like she is not listening or rushing to be done with me. She takes her time in listening to me. She always presents ideas for treatment to get my input as well and follows up after visits. My whole family sees her because she is so compassionate and caring!

Dr Lisa Cash and her nurses are amazing. They always get you to see them when theres an emergency. Scheduling is alway available even if shes booked. I love the personalities and the smiles. They all listen tentatively to your issues. I recommend Her and her staff to everyone who asks for a great physician. If she ever goes away i will be totally lost.
