Great Oncologist with a lot of experience
I'm not sure why the negative reviews but I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Chap. Not everything working in the office is 100% great, but what office is? You won't find a more knowledgable and easy going doctors who actually listens to you.

Don't let the Awards fool you
I have ovarian cancer, I brought my two grown sons with me for moral support to the first appointment to discuss chemo treatment. She left us waiting for over 45 minutes and then the first thing she wanted to discuss was a detailed pregnancy history of live vs total births. I got the message my family wasn't welcome. When I asked about receiving the lowest dose of chemo she commented "this isn't Mexico". When her office wouldn't change the lab schedule when I caught on to their mistake to test for breast cancer instead of ovarian I decided to go elsewhere.

Simply put, Dr. Chap at Beverly Hills Cancer Center is our hero. For 20 years she has successfully guided my wife through breast cancer, from initial diagnosis through two recurrences, two courses of chemo, and three courses of radiation. We chose to drive 100 miles each way for Dr. Chap and her associated clinics and hospitals resulting in over 45,000 miles; of course many doctors are closer, but there is only one Dr. Chap. She is dedicated, knows her stuff, fun to be around, and a bedside manner that can't be beat. What's more, her staff is outstanding with a special shout-out to Monica, her medical assistant, who is always on the ball and gets us whatever we need ASAP. Do you look forward to your oncology appointments? We do! There is no doubt in my mind that my wife is alive today because of Dr. Chap. Thank you Dr. Chap!

She was my oncologist for the past 3 years. She should not be taking care of patients with cancer ! Under her care my breast cancer moved to my spine -she gave me the all good -don’t need to see you for a year -two weeks before I collapse in emergency surgery and found out the cancer had been growing for 2 years- never call me while in hospital and won’t take responsibility for her lack of care. Nobody should have to endure such negligence. Don’t go to her if u care about getting better. I’m not walking and have little time because of this doctor.

Dr. Chap is an amazing oncologist...and an even more amazing person! She is thorough, patient, caring and takes the time to explain anything that you may not understand. It's been 18 years since I was first diagnosed, and as far as I'm concerned, she cured me!
