Awful: Poor Listening Skills and Resulted in Further Medical Issues I went to see this doctor at an urgent care facility on Dec 23rd as I had fluid in my ears. She offered me antibiotics, but I knew this wouldn't work. I told her that I had a history of this and needed steroids. I also have a neurological movement disorder and a spinal fusion of L4 and L5 with a history of falling. It was absolutely critical that I get this fluid out so I didn't fall. She basically told me to take the antibiotics and ride it out.A week later, I called back to urgent care as I still was not better. At this point, I was dizzy from the fluid in my ear. The doctor on the phone told me I had to ride it out. I told him I was going to fall. Well guess what, I didn't go to medical school and I told everyone I would fall. I fell and now I have a spinal injury. I will NEVER go back here. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. This is how litigation occurs.
