Poorest medical service ever. You have to call from the parking lot to register. I called repeatedly before someone finally answered on the 33rd call. They asked if I had chest pains or shortness of breath and when I said no THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I finally got thru again on call 36. They took 5 mins to gather pre-registration information then told me someone would contact me to finish registering and I’d see a doctor when they’re available. I asked how long that might be and she said over an hour. You call this Urgent Care!?!?! Are you serious???? This is not only not urgent care it’s the worst care ever.
