A Blessing!
She has treated me since my hospitalization at Palm Beach Gardens Medical in 2015. The doctor and her entire staff have been, caring, attentive and worked closely with my Pulmonary Dr and then my surgeon. My care is ongoing and she is a valuable part of my team of doctors who communicate with myself and each other. I could not be more grateful and feel more blessed to have such a hard working doctor and her staff to be a part of my healthcareteam.

Dr. Leslie Díaz have so poor costumer services at she don’t listen to the family of the patient needs, if you don’t be in the industry of health Care for more than 30 years (she express herself like that)she don’t have reasons why to listen any recommendations above our opinions of our sick family of COVID 19, never trust someone that don’t listen to the other side never gonna respectful to answer in this way to any costumer in need of health care, don’t die papi we love you.

I am going to tell my other doctors how good my visit with Diaz was, so they may send other patience to her. Loved the caution her staff show pertaining to covid 19 . Made me feel very safe.

I had a few years of having Dr Diaz as my infectious disease doctor. I dealt with her in the hospital, rehab and her office. She was always kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about her and her professionalism and kindness. I really don't understand the negative comments. The only negative I could say is that sometimes I had to wait a long time for my appointment. She helped keep me alive! Thank you Dr Diaz!

Dr. Diaz cared for me while I was in the hospital for 8 days being treated for COVID. I attribute my recovery to her diligence and daily (virtual) visits. She was thorough, personable and a welcome sight as I recovered slowly. Thank you Dr. Diaz!!

I was in Palm Beach medical center for a few days with covid and pneumonia, Dr Diaz refused to speak to me only sent her assistant. No help at all and I have chronic Lyme 18 years she refused to treat that. What kind of infectious disease doctor is this. Asked to speak with her once refused. Maybe she thinks she is God! Hospital was awful totally punctured my arms have photos. Nurses mostly awful never answered when needed. Do not use this doctor or hospital you may not make it alive.

I am a Registered Nurse, I contracted COVID at work. Dr Diaz took care of me, and my wife. She admitted my wife to the hospital for aggressive treatment, she already had COVID pneumonia. Dr Diaz saved our lives, she is up to date on current and new treatments. The community is blessed to have her.

The doctor was very nice during my hospital stay. However dealing with the office staff is atrocious! No concern, and bold face liars! they get very defensive the moment you start to ask questions! Its been over a month after leaving the hospital and have not had a follow up. Finally they set a day and (Erica) called to check me in told me it would be shortly. 50 minutes go by and no word. I called back and the other nurse (Michelle) said Dr Diaz was in an emergency. turns out they lost my test results & completely lied about it said and she was in an emergency. When I called them out they never apologized. Absolute atrocious behavior when you have to trust your life and well being with them!!!

The single most frustrating experience I've ever had with a doctor. I was referred to infectious disease TWO MONTHS AGO. Tracking information shows they received my medical records 5 WEEKS AGO. They have never, not once, called me back. We've spoken on the phone 14 times and they never, ever, returned my call. They told me yesterday they wouldn't take me because of who my referring physician was. I asked them to reconsider, and just now they told me Dr. Diaz "just finished reviewing my records twenty minutes ago", meaning the doctor rejected me without even reading my records. And they still rejected me. After stringing me along for TWO MONTHS.

While the wait time may be a little on the high side (you will understand when you go to your first appointment); Dr Diaz truly cares about each patient and wants to answer all your questions and address any concerns you have. She is a very genuine person, and is probably one of the most caring Dr’s I have seen.

One of the most intelligent, competent, compassionate, & caring doctors I have ever encountered. She goes above and beyond to make her patients feel like they are her only patient. Cured me from years of reoccurring infections that many doctors and multiple hospital visits could not resolve. God Bless Dr. Diaz, her Amazing ARNP Sabrina, and all her staff.

Very likely to recommend her. She is very competent, and communicates easily and clearly. We felt we came away having learned what we needed to know. Scheduling was efficient and the office was easy to find. All of the following attributes listed on this site apply favorably. Thank you, Dr. Diaz,
