I’ve been seeing Dr. Gan Lim for about 2 years now and I hope to change soon. He spends 2-3 minutes with you. Does not address any of your concerns and makes you wait on him for 1-1.5+ hours in the room just to ask the same questions the nurse asked in check in and leave without answering any of your questions.

I was not listened to or made to feel as though I was in a safe environment. Part of his diagnostic tools included placing a sheet of paper on my outstretched hands to see if I trembled. There was no concern for the validity of my symptoms or side effects from medication. He dismissed all my questions and continuously spoke over me. I left the office in tears and will never set foot in there again. Not only did I feel unheard as a patient, I felt as if the entire visit was meaningless and I might as well just deal with it on my own.

Office is disorganized and Dr. G either has too many patients or doesn't manage his time. I could go on about my personal issues with how my visits were with him but, at this time, the biggest problem is that I have been trying to get them to correct a 'diagnosis' for some lab work for almost a year so my insurance will cover it and they simply WILL NOT get it corrected or even communicate with me in any kind of timely manner at all. So labs that would normally be $30ish I am being billed for close to $1000.

waited over 2 hours for an ultrasound. He took 2 new patients after I had been waiting. I never had the procedure done. I left. I felt only one person seemed concerned about me. Finally his nurse came and apologized and lied about the order of the scheduled appointments. This clinic lacks warmth and compassion and needs work on their time management skills. would NOT recommend this doctor or clinic. Jacqueline Young 7/5/18

Doesn't practice new protocol for thyroid problems that recommends a combination of synthroid and bio-identical hormones.
