Dr. Tan listens to my concerns, explains in detail my options and allows me to make decisions .

Physician did not perform history or physical examination. Physician administered an IV medication that interacts with medication the patient takes and can cause serious bleeding; she did this prior to knowing or asking for a current med list. Physician had a condescending demeanor.

Dr. Pickering was just terrific. She went way beyond and above any optermologist I have seen in a long while. She was so caring because I didn't get terrific news. I am so grateful to her. We need more people like her.
