Dr. Lena Ajamian does not seem to listen to or understand your issues or concerns. After my visit, I felt as though she did not take my concerns seriously and I had to negotiate with her to get some lipid panel testing done. She made me feel like she was doing me a favor by ordering a blood test and lacked compassion for her patients. Additionally, she misdiagnosed me and seemed eager to prescribe medication, as if she were working for pharmaceutical companies. Kaiser Permanente should strive for improvement in these areas.

Completely lacking in compassion. Had high hopes but ultimately she is judgmental and lacked empathy for me when I was in my time of most need. Sad.
