The good: Doctor understands diet and lifestyle, and does a good job of explaining it.The bad: He's also trying to sell a lot of overpriced gimmicks that don't work. $900 vitamins that made me sick to my stomach, $150 Lifewave patches that don't do anything... buyer beware. It seems as though functional drs criticize traditional drs for trying to get rich off selling meds, but functional drs are trying to get rich off all the 'miracle' products they pedal. Also, his staff is disjointed, so hard to get responses & information. Lastly, if you have any interest in trying to use your out of network insurance benefits, they will take months to give you incorrect superbills, and will not provide the medical notes needed for reimbursement, as they don't want to spend unpaid time on it, so you will not get reimbursed from insurance. Overall: $3,500 spent on trying to work on an autoimmune disorder, and got nowhere. Somewhat healthier overall with the diet, but could have read Casey Means

Dr. Stillman is the real deal. He's brilliant and filled with integrity. In the best of ways, he's a bit of a medical cowboy (telling it like it is with heliotherapy, iodine, HTMA, and high dose melatonin).I've had some pretty traumatic experiences with doctors in the past, and working with Dr. Stillman has restored my trust in medicine. He is filled with a calm, healing energy. He always listens and validates my concerns. He provides his expert opinion, and also prioritizes my sovereignty as the patient.Also, he has the best book recommendations!Unlike many allopathic or even functional medicine providers, he truly thinks about the 'root cause' big rocks--The unglamorous yet non-negotiable things like sleep, sunlight, exercise, and eating vegetables. You know a doctor has integrity when they focus on these common sense things, because he actually helps his patients truly heal and move toward health independence.

I felt like I was listened to with compassion, understanding and willingness to help. I am impressed biy his vast knowledge of the miriad of alternative treatment options coupled with solid understanding of the conventional medicine. I admire his courage in practicing this kind of medicine in the context of a constantly more restrictive and punitive work environment.And, this should have been first, I am doing so much better despite multiple serious chronic conditions. I can have a life!

Dr. Stillman is the best. Zero regrets about becoming his patient. His entire team is great to work with. When no one (allopathic and alternative practitioners) could help, he did and I got results. His attention to detail and the fact he actually listens makes me feel like I’m in safe hands. I never feel rushed when we speak and he's genuinely invested in wanting me to get better. I never thought I would find an MD that I completely trust.

It seems that most of the patients that end up working with Dr. Stillman are like me and have been to many doctors, tried many remedies, and are still searching for deeper healing. Dr. Stillman is a very skilled practitioner, with a great degree of knowledge (more than most for sure), but I'd say the one thing that stands out is that he deeply cares about me, and I'm sure all of his patients. He consistently goes above and beyond my expectations in his willingness to seek out answers for my case is something I didn't encounter with many other Functional Medicine doctors. I've been working with Dr. Stillman for over 3 years and I couldn't imagine being under the care of another doctor.

Dr. Stillman takes the time to listen to his patients, what issues they are having and doesn’t immediately just throw 100 things at you all at once. He takes each concern his patient has one step at a time which makes it easy to implement the protocols he gives to you. I also love that he doesn’t prescribe a pill for every element he truly gets to the root causes of whatever issue you may have!

The service I’ve received from Dr Stillman and his entire staff is truly exceptional. Dr Stillman diagnosed my condition and laid out a treatment plan that really worked. He really got to know me and took the time to know my goals. He then tested and made a plan to address those issues. If you want a doctor that will help you achieve your goals then you need make an appointment.

Dr. Stillman ordered the most comprehensive panel of bloodwork I've ever had, combined with Hair Mineral Testing (no Dr. has ever done). These tests are critcal first steps toward good health & healing. He spent an hour reviewing results with me and developed a plan (in writing) for me, personally. I had a telehealth appointment and am scheduled for an in-person. I'm in good health, as I cook/bake most of my own organic food, and even grow some now. NO chemical on our lawn and much less 'endochrine disruptors' in my environment. I'm studying for my Functional Nutrition Coach Certification and I chose Dr. Stillman to care for me along my journey. Get on his Substack for video 'classes' and YouTube or Rumble. He is a remarkably intelligent young man with a passion to teach others about real health. I am very grateful for his time and guidance!

An almost $600.00 consultation produced advice from Dr. Stillman to “Avoid processed foods”. This doctor appears to lack motivation and integrity. I would say don’t waste your money if you are looking for cutting edge, sophisticated medicine.

I reached out to Dr. Stillman after years of not being to find the type of quality care I desired to address my autoimmune hypothyroid disease. I wanted support to continue my journey to truly heal my disease which I believed I could.
