Dr, Chin save my daughters life after being hit by a car in Utica Ny. Kaily (13 yrs old) was airlifted to Upstate with severe head trauma. Dr. CHin performed a craniotomy and saved Kailys life. We continued to see him throughout the next year where he performed a cranioplasty. We couldn't have asked for a better Neurosurgeon. He is an angel!!! Love him
