Amazing doctor - very caring , take his time with you & listens . Our entire family now goes to Dr Alder. Our elderly mothers first started going & he was so kind & so full of compassion. We decided to give him a try & we are super thrilled we may the change .

Dr. Alder took the time to get to know me and my health background. I felt seen and heard. He cares about his patients and strives to ensure their wellbeing is a priority. Amazing staff.

One of the best Physicians in Kerrville! Our relationship started slow, but that was my fault, not Dr.Alders. His predecessor, who became ill, was the physician I initially chose to be my PCP. He was brilliant! I did not handle the change of physicians as a professional should, and it reflected in the way I treated Dr. Alder. That was my mistake, and I regret it, and I told Dr. Alder so. He deserved better! He turned out to be a Godsend for this patient and Kerrville.  He went above and beyond to help me, and although we did not always see eye to eye, he always told it like it was, and he was usually right. Thank you, Sir, for being so compassionate to this older patient. Rob PS: His nurse Martha is a natural-born nurse and nurturer. She was born to help others, and it shows.

Dr Alder is amazing. Compassionate, caring. Kind. Tell him what’s goin on he goes over and beyond to help his patients. Doctor Alder is very through, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He knows his stuff and takes the time to answer your questions that u ask. He has been a gr8 help to me with my list of problems and has helped me to understand a lot of things I'm dealing with. He has also hired very nice and professional office staff and nurse.

Has been my entire families Doc for the past year. I am a Permanently Disabled Vet with a host of serious medical conditions. He manages to hit every item each time he sees me. My wife and older kids trust him greatly. You will know for sure after seeing him that he holds no punches, is extremely honest, and incredibly knowledgable. With that, he is not afraid to tell you he will have to look that one up. We are blessed to have found Dr Alder, and will follow him to his next office
