Dr. Laura Norman, DO

She has supported me through all my ups and downs. I never feel rushed. She’s sweet, polite, informative, and a great listener. She is seriously one of the best.

Dr. Norman has always been extremely patient, friendly & thorough. I have always had a wonderful experience during my visits as she actively listens & addresses all of my concerns. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients as she & her staff have continuously made me comfortable and heard. I wish all doctors were more like Dr. Norman as she is truly one of a kind!

I've known Dr. Norman for around 10 years. She's very patient and a good listener. If you can't get in to her Dr Helena Keig is also amazing.

Dr. Norman is a very knowledgeable and diligent doctor. I didn’t feel rushed at my appointment. She is very approachable and easy to talk to. She answers questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. I felt very comfortable at my appointment with her.

As someone with PTSD from prior healthcare experiences she really improved my opinion of doctors. Her DO philosophy is very helpful to people who have been failed by the system. If the system is serious about mental health reform we need to train more doctors like her.

My father was scheduled for a new patient appointment. We had to hire a transporter to get him to the facility. I completed the online check in information. The transport company got him to the facility and he was inside filling out paperwork given to him at the facility and the Dr Norman decided she did not have time to see him and cancelled the appointment. He was filling out the paperwork in her facility and she cancelled the appointment because he was taking time to fill out the new patient paperwork. So we are out the transport fee, and seeing a different Dr. This facility and Dr Norman obviously do not care about the person just their time. My Father is not a young man and is fresh out of surgery and using a walker but it made no difference to them. HE WAS IN HER FACILITY! She was inconvenienced by her own paperwork intake. 30 Mins was allotted for his appointment but she cancelled because he was 10 mins into the apt filling out paperwork. Do not take your family to her.

I LOVE Dr. Norman!! She is the warmest nicest doctor I've ever had. She takes her time and really wants to help you. I also love her nurse Erica. Together they are a perfect team.

Extremely disappointed. For college kids she will not prescribe when they are away and will not renew BC unless you see her. Would not recommend for young people. Difficult to get apt with her, disappointed in her recommendations of associates as well.

With all the negativity surrounding healthcare, it's nice to know that there are providers that still genuinely care about their patients. It is also nice to have a provider that uses the resources to communicate with their patients as well. I am new to Dr. Norman but will be forever patient! Thank you Dr. Norman for providing people with hope in our healthcare system.

She is the nicest doctor I have ever met. She never talks down to me and is always very patient, even when I have a million questions. She has never made me feel like she doesn't have time to pay attention to what's bothering me. Her team is also very welcoming.
