Dr. Kristina Jackson, DO

Dr. Jackson was pleasant, professional, thorough and open to answering my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to seeing her again.

She was insensitive and incredibly rude. I couldn’t wait to leave. I’ve never been treated so disrespectful. By far the worst doctor I have ever seen.

Dismissive, rude, and insensitive. I would rather travel incredibly out of my way to another facility than to deal with her ever again. The rest of the staff was great, but her... not so much.

Dr Jackson had no bedside manner at all. She was the furthest thing from friendly. The entire visit felt rushed and like I was somehow an inconvenience to her day. She cut me off several times by saying, "so the short version of that is...". This was my first and last appointment with her. She addressed none of the issues I came in to talk to her about. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Jackson was recommended to me by a co-worker after a bad experience with a different doctor at BMC. I don't like small talk, joking around or getting to know my doctor. I want someone that is professional and serious about the problem that I came in to talk about. She is brutally honest and gets straight to the point. She has helped me so much!

Absolutely horrible. This was one of the worst doctors I have ever met and that is saying a lot. She is elitist, rude, and the least compassionate person I have ever had the misfortune of being stuck in a room with. If you can find someone else do it.

Dr. Jackson had me mixed up with another patient on my first visit. Seemed as if she couldn't believe I had not had abdominal surgery. Nope, not me. Second visit went from cordial to let me out of here. Her approach was condescending and I felt she seemed to have an attitude. If someone approaches an issue with me on the defensive straight away, I don't play that game. Keep it upbeat and professional. Ask the right questions and not in an accusatory or insulting manner. I cannot recommend her.

I was desperate to locate a physician in my insurance network as I recently relocated from Connecticut. The staff at St. Mark's medical were kind, friendly and very professional. Dr. Henne was patient and very generous with her time. She created an atmosphere that made me feel home away from home. I will continue to visit her for all my medical needs.
