1st class care in Bend
From the time I checked in, until I checked out, the entire staff was incredible. Dr. Mitchell was very professional, caring, and listened to my concerns. I can't remember the last time I felt this comfortable with my healthcare team.I worked in the healthcare industry for 40 years, and can say that Dr. Mitchell has a practice among the best.

Great office for getting Vaccines
I've been with Jennifer for over 10 years and found her to be nice. All transacions are performed on the MyChart app. Great place for vaccines. If you need geriatric treatment, have women's issues, skin problems or joint problems, I would see someone else.

New patient
Feel very fortunate to have Dr. Mitchell as my primary physician. She was professional and welcoming. Felt very comfortable during visit which is unusual for me. Nancy, her LPN, was a breath of fresh air!

I was so fortunate that Dr. Mitchell accepted me as a new patient having moved here from CA. She is proactive in my health care, recommends procedures/tests as needed, takes time with me during every appointment, is always happy to see me, and has a wonderful RN in support of her patients.

It's wonderful to find a Dr who employs an attitude of concern and exceeding her patient's expectations. She once called me to see how I was doing after a brief illness. This is 'old school' practice yet she bring 'new school' knowledge and understanding to her practice. How refreshing.
