I don't feel heard or understood by thus doctor.
She's seen me a few times, but this last time was awful. She basically handed me a flyer. I was asking for help with a long term issue. I always feel brushed off by her.

patient needs should be more important then her needs, need to stop typing on her computer and talk to patients more. what she charges for a office call is unreasonable her time is more on computer then talking to patients and as we no time is money!!!

mediocre
My experiences are similar to the ones above. She doesn't have current solutions for even the most minor questions or problems. She's nice but not engaged. I'm not confident that she'd rise to the occasion if I was seriously ill. I'd switch but it's difficult to get into anyone with a known reputation.

I have been very pleased working with Dr. Larson. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. She is very capable and down to earth, calm and courteous. She works well with my specialist doctors and I feel confident that I am receiving excellent care from her.

Terrible. She does not take time to listen or really care for her patients. Especially the elderly. No bedside manner at all. Find somebody else to save yourself heartache and frustration.

She’s been my doctor for many many years and honestly I’m pretty over it. She has kind of poor social skills, and I don’t think she really listens or cares. It’s sad to say because I’m sure she’s a very nice person, but I don’t feel like I can trust her or she genuinely cares about my wellbeing. Whatever gets you in and out of the office I guess. Never been super helpful, honestly almost makes it feel like you’re a burden.

Our kids have been patients of Dr. Larson for many years. The reception and scheduling staff have frequently been rude, and my wife and kids have often had to wait for the doctor for a long time, sometimes over an hour. Today, my wife and daughter got stuck in traffic and were 7 minutes late for an appointment, and were told they had to re-schedule!! We are tired of this unprofessional treatment and will be taking our business to someone else. Very unhappy.

Dr. Larson didn't care to listen to the problems I have and prescribed me a medication that didn't even closely pertain to the issues I have had for many years, a medication with horrible side effects and would not treat me for my actual problem. She has also never been much of a wealth of information when it came to any questions I may have.
