Scheduling with dermatology is extremely difficult. It is unrealistic to expect people to make appointments 6 months in advance. I appreciate this provider's efforts to accommodate me. I do not watch for hand washing, so this survey question doesn't provide an appropriate response option.

Dr. Kelly and her team have always been a pleasure to work with for my healthcare. I have been seeing her forever, I think 20-25 years now, and have recommended her to all my friends and family. She is a joy in a totally messed up healthcare system, where it does take months to see a Dr. Fortunately, these are just my skin checks after malignant melanoma, so I schedule them far in advance anyway. We all love Dr. Kelly and her staff - they are the best of the system.
