I think Dr Counts is great. I've had her for years and I feel like when I see her it's like catching up with an old friend. She always explains things clearly and answers any questions or concerns I have. I find it odd that someone would give out her emergency number to someone she has never seen or treated. It's a liability for to give medical advice to someone she is completely unfamiliar with.

I would have given her 0 stars if it was possible. Dr. Counts actually hung up on a young women who I advised to call after hours due to pain and bleeding. This incredibly rude and unprofessional doctor told this young women do not call this line as it is only for emergency advice and hung up on her. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. There are so many great doctors out there. Don't settle for this one!

Dr. Counts is caring and thorough in her examination. My daughters and I have been going to Dr. Counts for many years. She listens to my thoughts and offers advice based on her expertise. She pays attention to my daughters and speaks to them in a way that they understand her message. She is funny and sweet and has a great bed-side manner. I highly recommend Kristen Counts.
