56 year d female suffering from intermittent right ear and jaw pain. Saw my neurologist, dentist and oral surgeon prior to seeing Dr Scott. Who performed thorough examination of my head/ neck then sent me for Ct scan and MRI which showed Mercer encroachment of right trigeminal nerves. Diagnosing me with Trigeminal neuralgia. He then sent me to new pain management and new neurologist who promptly started me me on tegretol.

Wait time is always at least 40 minutes past appointment time, with patients coming in later seen first. It might be bearable if he spends more time with you, but he rushes through the appointment one foot out the door, talking very fast and barely explains/answers any questions.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new ENT office. I have had allergies all my life and have had extreme allergic reactions. I have been on shots for several years and I take 2 each week—one for inside and one for outside. Because I also have RA and COPD, all three specialists and my general doctor agreed it was in my best interest and health to continue with shots each week, especially since my medications for RA compromise my immune system. However, Dr. Scott will not do so.

The website says they do laser tonsil removal with local anesthetic which is the only reason I made an appointment here, he said they don't usually do I and recommends a operation even though I can't go under. Also hardly looked at me and ordered a hearing test when I said my hearing is fine. Then I requested he look at my tonsils more thoroughly he was very rough and left my tonsil bleeding, he also forced his hand to stay in my throat when I was trying to pull away. Seemed to be a doctor for $

Dr. Scott is one of the best I have ever seen. He is so knowledgable, compassionate, listens, answers questions. Saw him in the morning, his office got me an appointment right away to have MRI of my sinuses. I was told to come back that same day. He asked if I wanted to feel better before Christmas and I had a balloon sinus procedure a week later. Amazing! Ironically I saw the worst doctor ever (foot) the same week. Makes you appreciate the good, caring honest ones. Thank you!
