Dr. Smith is the best physician my family and I have ever seen. She’s thorough, compassionate, is an active listener, and considers the suffering of her patients as she would the suffering of her own family. Dr. Smith’s concern for her patients and her insistence on finding the answer to a patient’s malady / illness is inspiring. We love Dr. Kilee!

Great experience w Dr. K Smith for Dermatological skin check. Very thorough treatment and explanations for future prevention. I appreciate that Dr. Smith doesn't just treat illness, but helps educate me on the prevention of illness. Would recommend 100% and give 10 stars if possible.

Dr Smith goes out of her way to treat every patient like a member of family. My husband and I have seen her for 10 years. There’s no affliction she hasn’t seen-acute injuries, stitches, depression, skin disorders, high blood pressure. She went above and beyond for an out of state relative w terminal cancer visiting us. Can’t say enough about her knowledge and willingness to think outside the box.

I got sick on the weekend, right after the holidays. Dr. Smith was open for virtual and in office visits if necessary. They set up a time for video call and she called...she has a great bedside manner. Explains everything, takes time to listen and answer questions. Her office called twice in the next week to follow-up on my progress. If they were excepting new primary patients...I would switch.

I called in the AM with a problem that needed attention and was seen that day The entire staff were professional and friendly and the doctor addressed my problem in a very timely and competent way Would not hesitate to call on them again

What wonderful experiences I have had as a patient of Dr. Smith's. It is so refreshing to have a doctor, who not only is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate...but, who makes and takes ALL the time needed to reach the correct diagnosis. Dr. Smith's practice is what medicine use to be like. With her, I am not another # for a quota on a billing system. I have referred others to Dr. Smith and each has had the same positive experience and everyone mentioned the thoroughness of exam/discussion.

Dr. Smith has been a major disappointment. Nice at first, but quite cruel in the end. I would never recommend her to anyone I cared about.

Greedy and unprofessional - they were nice enough at first, but then I came in for a walk in, and was refused because I hadn't come in for a while? I just needed a prescription refilled and an order to get my blood checked. I asked a few questions, and was told "I didn't come in enough" and needed to schedule a longer more expensive visit and "They didn't need to justify their business practices to me". After 2 other similar experiences with friends and family, I won't be going back.

Dr Smith has been my physician fore several years. Great Practice, a staff I really like, and a checkup that is remarkable! She prescribes my meds, but spends the time to know my health issues. I am am coming up on 65. An exceptional doctor! I trust her completely! I recommend her highly!

Years of being in the cookie cutter, one size fits all, "You've got 10 minutes tops" insurance gristmill ended here. Dr. Kilee gives personal attention and makes sure she addresses your concerns. I haven't had this quality of care in decades.

Dr Smith and her staff provide the best patient care in our county. Not only is she knowledgeable-she is kind and compassionate. She will never fail to dig deeper for a cause and/or solution, both for her patients sake as well as her own need of information. We are extremely grateful that she has chosen to raise her family in our community and cares deeply for any who ask for her help. Whitney and Brad are never too busy to return a phone call or quickly schedule an appointment.
