Dr. Khannia Thomas, MD

Terrible experience with Dr. Khannia Thomas due to her lack of compassion, communication, and thoroughness. First, she must have confused me with another patient in spite of only having an appointment to establish care. She included medications in my chart that I do not take for an apparent heart condition I do not have. Dr. Thomas also stated that she covered several topics of discussion that never took place. The meeting was very brief and she hardly spoke to me. It felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I asked for refills of my prescriptions several times and it took over 2 weeks for her staff to reply to me after I followed up in both a messaging portal and over the phone. I called three times and messaged 2 times with no reply until I called a fourth time. I was finally told that Dr. Thomas does not prescribe a medicine I take which she failed to communicate. I found out months later that she had referred meI have never felt so discarded and insignificant to a Doctor before.
