I have been seeing Dr. Herndon since 2015. He always takes time to explain things with me and go over anything else I may have questions about. Getting an appointment with him is tricky because he is booked months out. Some of the office staff seems overwhelmed and aren't very friendly at times. I think they lack the empathy needed to work in that environment.

Dr Herndon ia a very good Doctor and explains everything in detail. Its the office staff that ive been having problems with at not returning phone calls. Also now Ingenio specialty pharmacy has left 2 messages for a ICD - 10 code for me and they have not returned there calls. Unexceptable as it. concerns me getting help for my Meds. Michael C Johnson

I have been a patient of Dr. Herndon for a number of years. I appreciate having a healthcare provider that is a D.O. The office staff and technicians have always been professional. The follow-up to phone call messages are ususally returned and resolved in a timely manner. The nurse practitionors have also been knowledgeable and responsive. Dr. Herndon's approach to encourage the human body to self-heal I find appealing. I do everything possible to live a healthy lifestyle free of unnecessary drugs and procedures and this is encouraged at Access Health.

Dr Herndon is a caring, attentive professional who I have been seeing for over seven years. He actually listens to what I have to say & responds in layman's terms that I can understand. I never feel rushed & always feel like I have his undivided attention. He immediately addresses any medical issues of which I've had a few. His office staff is amazing & always responds to calls.

I've been going to Dr Herndon since he first started practice. He has been very thorough and complete, caring and concerned each and every visit. I would not think of changing Doctors even though I now live in Tampa and it's a 40 minute drive to his office, for me it's totally worth the drive. His office staff has always been courteous and friendly and efficient.
