Don't expect to be treated like a human here
I got what I needed here for a year, but it was a poor experience. Dr. Khai Do doesn't care that much about the patients. I went into my appointment one time and he didn't even treat me because he forgot to give me the sheet to get my lab work done during my previous appointment. It was a complete waste of time. At other times, he would blame me if my cholesterol was high and said that I wasn't taking my medicine when I was. Then he would say, 'You need to be careful what your put in your mouth' as if I was a kid. He is rude and just does his job for the money. Also, the two receptionists never call to remind you of your upcoming appointments and they never call you to reschedule your appointments. The whole place is run very poorly.

My last choice.
The doctor is rude and uninterested in his patients health. Nevermind bedside manner, he will insist that he knows your body better than you. There is a reason that he has such bad reviews across the board.

Not good; called alternative # given on his answering machine because when I called his office at 9:00 AM no one picked despite the message stating they were open from 8 to 5. Dr. Do answered and was very belligerent/abrasive that I called and told him that no one answered the phone the two time I called. I would say that he doesn’t not have much concern or consideration for patients based on my perception of his abrupt response. I will look to find a better representation of a doctor.
