Horrible staff and provider
From the minute we walked in, the person calling the people back to see the doctor were so rude. The front desk staff were also rude and none of them showed any respect for the patients whatsoever. Then you get back to see Dr Reed and he has no bedside manner and could care less about you he's just trying to get through his day. I will not be going back I will look for another urologist somewhere else and it will not be with urology group of Memphis which with the name like that I'm disappointed at the service that you actually get. And most of the people are elderly that were there I'm not so I can only imagine how bad he treats those that really can't stick up for their self.

Knowledgeable and Professional
Dr. Reed demonstrated professionalism and concern for my situation. He is knowledgeable and thorough. He was attentive during both office visits. Surgery went well and recovery was easier than most I’ve had. Leaving a 4 instead of 5 because the staff at the Bartlett clinic could be better. They do not return calls and something appears to be wrong with the system they use to send prescriptions. While they insist on gathering all of your information, they don’t update it. Dr Reed is great- the office staff in Bartlett- not so much.

Dr Reed and staff are awful! II
Dr Reed and his staff have no regard for his patient. His beside manner is a total disconnect. His nurses and staff don’t follow up, not even after surgery. I have had this procedure done twice before and it was nothing like this!! I can’t wait to get this post op appointment over with!! I would take a dead fish to be treated by this man and his staff!!
