Great first visit under Tricare Prime as retiree. Friendly professional Dr./staff. Familiar with prescribing to military base pharmacies. Has patient portal. Labs via Quest diagnostic ordered and taken same day literally down the hall. Specialist referral by day 2 with Tricare west approval and message in portal & phone call to notify of same. Lobby wait less than 10 minutes with no crowding. Future visit scheduling wait unknown at this time. Both my wife and I had visit back to back after scheduling during Tricare open enrollment in 2021. Had to shrink my computer screen using control - to complete this review as could not access "next" button otherwise without losing all comment data a Healthgrades improvement suggestion. I felt Dr. was competent and has many years of experience. Graduated from St. Georges Medical School (there are several) possibly the one in Grenada? but not England. No Medical board complaints found.
