Telehealth
Could be a great doctor unavailable office staff is unavailable appointments are missed. I've had three hospital stays and never been able to get a an appointment afterward within the 3-day period That's required in California. I had a telehealth appointment which I had with my phone with me at the hospital and was called and told that I missed my appointment when they never called and gave me a link to join and then they gave me 3 weeks later for a new appointment. Feel very unimportant and uncared for. Don't like the office staff pointing the finger at me missing an appointment when I was ready and willing and never got the telephone link!
