Don’t sit by the phone
While Dr Konzen is a fine doctor, his staff leaves much to be desired. It sometimes takes several days of calling to get a return call from a nurse or staff, and they are often rude about return calls, and sometimes seem annoyed that I’m having to call at least 3 times over a week to get a callback. I realize the staff is busy, but so is the patient and their family.
