Went way beyond expectations

My wife and I love Dr Chi for her caring and dedication. Today she went beyond what any of the great doctors I've dealt with ever has. There wasn't time to reschedule the appointment before the Medicare time window closed. So, when we didn't show she called us to find out why we weren't there (carelessness!) and set up a telehealth on the spot.

Great knowledge combined with a heart of Gold

My wife had Bulbar Onset ALS. Dr. Chi not only managed her breathing support but paved the way and helped us navigate her entire care plan from shortly after diagnosis thru placing her in Hospice. I'm a 72 year old and have been exposed to and heard about many Doctors and Dr. Chi is not only highly competent but one of the kindest and most caring people I've ever known. Go bless Dr. Chi.

My husband went to see Dr Chi about his breathing device 2 years ago. During his visit she told him he would have Parkinson desease with 10 years and this put him in a downward spiral. His primary Dr is very concerned because of his change in behavior and is very conserned for his life. This was Not at all necessary for her to pronounce this over him. His Primary Dr is very concerned about my husbands safety as well. I would NOT recommend this Dr at all. Not a PROFESSIONAL -Attitude toward her patient at all.

Have not spoken to Dr. Chi since day I met her! Always get VM at office. She blocks return calls to her personal phone. Was told that the overnight test was to set my numbers on my CPAP and that too high of settings are JUST AS BAD AS NOT HAVING A CPAP. I failed to sleep and "medically necessary" test was seemingly no longer necessary. Asst said Dr wanted different test. Did that too. Still no Dr comm. or results. Had them send them. On my own. Careful!

I was extremely disappointed with Dr. Chi and demanded she be removed from my car. She was curt, rude, condescending and worst of all, refused to allow me to speak. She constantly interrupted me mid-sentence when I attempted to ask questions or explain my discomfort. I know, I know, I know, you didn't like it followed by her ordering me to submit to further testing. Doctors are service providers just like our plumbers. You have a choice. Do not choose someone so disrespectful.
