Dr. Kevin Connor, DO

I've been seeing Dr. Connor for about 4 years. He has always been kind, sincere and listens to b my questions and takes the time to explain everything to me. As for some of his staff he needs to have a meeting with them as one person in particular thinks she is the owner of the business. Talks down to you and my pharmacy I go to do not like calling his office for refills, I've had to wait a couple of days before the script was called in. I have mentioned this to Dr Connor on a few occasions and it seems like he had a talking to them as things are better. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Conner is emotionally accessible physician - easy to talk to and empathetic.

Staff did not schedule my appointment as they were supposed to. How do you not put my appointment in when I called and confirmed it three times the day I made it,(1) she said it, (2) I repeated it, (3) she confirmed it. Staff has not sent referrals for other Dr visits. Staff refused to accommodate me after not scheduling my appointment and making me waste my time to go. I never saw the Doctor as the incompetent staff did nothing to resolve the problem of not properly scheduling my appointment. Called 2 weeks prior, showed up 30 minutes early was told to leave cause they never put me on the schedule. There was nobody to speak with other then the receptionist that would only reschedule me for another day. Hooray, let’s take more time off work. Would not recommend going here, staff is ignorant and uncaring. Poor grade is a direct result of the terrible staff and their inability to do simple tasks properly.

Staff is AWFUL! I called for a refill of my anti-anxiety medicine and Linda, his receptionist, told me he would not refill my prescription unless I came in to the office. She didn't say he would call in 10 days worth until I was able to schedule an appointment, she demanded I come to the office that day. When did a receptionist get the power to deny meds to a patient? I asked to have the Dr. call me back and he didn't. Stay away from this place!

Dr. Connor is considerate and always takes time to listen. I am completely satisfied with the treatment given by Dr. Connor.

Almost total disregard for patients. Substandard examination with a bad attitude. Staff is just as obnoxious.

Just came back from seeing Dr. Connor. I felt very rush as if I was nothing more than an inconvenience. He did not take anything I said seriously. I asked him about pain in my arm and rib and response was "I don't know," A couple of the office nurses were nice, however I had to call back and when I got the receptionist she as extremely rude, snotty, and spoke to be like I was stupid. The entire office needs a course on hospitality.

I've been going to Dr. Connor since Dr. Keshishian retired. No complaints. Always friendly. Some of the front staff could be friendlier.

Dr. Connor is an incredible doctor. He listens to the patient, he is kind, patient and understanding, everything it takes to make a good doctor. I highly recommend him to my family and friends and anyone else that is looking for a good doctor.

Horrible Doctor! Very close minded and doesn't seem to care for his patients at all. I will not be coming back.

Dr. Connor is fine but the office staff make this a good practice to avoid unless you like to be treated like an inconvenience.
