Dr. Kerri Truelock, MD

Becky the receptionist is a straight up bully. Typical mean girl from high school who now works in healthcare. We all know about those types of women.. her continuous rude attitude after my appointments was getting old. I’ve been seeing Dr. Truelock for years and Miss Becky is the ONLY reason why I will not be back. She will belittle you after your appointment when you’re feeling vulnerable to make herself feel superior because that’s the only power she has in her pathetic life. Hiring professional and kind staff will go a long way, Dr. Truelock.

i was 62, now 74; have never forgotten how she put me at ease when i was mildly terrified. she is just darling. I am not comfortable around women doctors at all and she was just wonderful. haven't seen her since that time as there has been no reason but i know she is just wonderful to this day. staff was so nice. that also means so much.

I'm so glad several of my friends recommended Dr Truelock to me. She is friendly and takes the time to explain everything she does as well as her diagnosis. It feels like you are her only patient, but the wait time is very short. I love her nurse and office staff as well. They are friendly and helpful, and they make life a lot easier.

I always recommend Dr. Truelock, she always makes me feel like she really cares about me as a person not just a patient. I never feel like anything else is more important to her than being there for me. She is very knowledgeable and kind. The best in my opinion for the hill country, so glad I found her 11 yrs ago.

I just moved to Kerrville and was so happy to find such a great doctor who provided pellet hormone therapy. Dr. Truelock is down to earth, highly informative and extremely gentle with procedures. She made me feel very comfortable and her staff and facility are welcoming and relaxing.

My wife has been coming to Dr. Truelock for over 5 years. With all of the changes with insurance over the last few years, we feel blessed to have Dr. Truelock and her staff in our community. I have changed jobs 3 times and each time the staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. They have helped us understand the importance of understanding our own policy and have worked very hard to educate us on the changes in insurance plans. Very highly recommended!

My wife has been a patient of this office for 2 years. She was very very happy there at first. There was a problem with insurance carrier changing.which I failed to communicate to the office. You would think that after the first visit you would get a courtesy call, that the insurance on file was not valid.i feel after taking our insurance for over year that we would get a call saying there was a problem. I called the staff and talked to them and brought it to their attention. very unprofessional
