Naylor could not care less about you. He is unable to effectively educate patients, and frankly does not seem to care about doing so. Pulled his phone out twice during the session and had to be asked to put it away.

Just don’t
If I could give him zero stars I would. This was by far the worst appointment I have ever had in my life. He didn’t give me any time for questions and when I did ask him a question it was as he was walking out of the room he gave me a short answer that didn’t help at all while he continued walking out the door with his back turned to me and before I could ask a follow up he slammed the door shut and never came back in. He was in my appointment for maybe 5 minutes and all he did was lecture me for being overweight. I have never cried so much in my life. There is honestly not one good thing I can say about him and truthfully I am a person who will find the good in everyone.

During my third appointment with Dr. Naylor, he introduced himself to me again. At my next appointment, he informed me that I would need surgery. I found myself sitting in the room confused and scared - not to be comforted by him at all. When I asked follow up questions, I was met with, "Well do you want kids?" (For reference, I am in my early 20s and haven't even begun to think about this) and when I didn't have an answer, I was met with "Well call me if you want to have surgery" as he was halfway out the door. If you cannot sit with a patient in what they are feeling (whether that is fear, happiness, etc.) then you should not be practicing medicine.
