Dr. Susan Catt, MD

I had recurring miscarriages and the bedside manner from Dr. Catt and her former midwife was terrible. You could tell neither had a clue what they were doing. Neither had any idea how to communicate with someone experiencing this. The sonographer was always very kind and the nurses were decent. However, I knew when Dr. Catt basically told me “better luck next time” it was time to find a new OBGYN. I ran out of there so fast and never looked back. So happy I switched.

Dr. Susan Catt is an amazing person who genuinely cares about her patients. She is very easy to talk to and hears my concerns with my health. She is very grounded and helps me to feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend her to my family and friends. I truly appreciate how well she takes care of me!!

Dr. Catt is the best OBGYN in the world! Most caring, kind, and patient provider and will always take care of all your concerns.

My experience with Dr Catt and all the members of staff was awesome. I would recommend Dr Catt a million time.

The office continues to delete my review from their google reviews, so I’m going to post every where else. She misdiagnosed me. Beyond incompetent. Here is what my review said before they deleted it Garbage. I use to love it there. Dr. Catt use to be so caring and so kind, now she is in and out. The whole process is rushed. The paper work is what feels like an encyclopedia long. They watch you complete it like starving monkeys. The nurses rush you into the room, roll their eyes. Her nurse practitioner is so stuck up. I feel like I’m going to a cheap salon, not an OB office. I called the manager once to discuss my concerns, she was terrible. Called me a name I can’t put on the review. The care is subpar. Don’t waste your time. The only kind person there was the dark hair gal at the end. She helped me with the process to transfer and get the heck out of there.

Dr. Catt and her staff were unable to diagnose the simplest of female issues. After ordering needless tests, they accused me of being rude for expressing that I was not ok with hormone treatments

Love dr catt - she’s the coolest, very laid back. I have to agree with the other reviewers- if you have any serious issues it’s best to find someone else.

Dr. Catt is excellent! She has seen me through 2 difficult pregnancies and a miscarriage. She is very caring, great bedside manner. She has a very busy practice but is speedy when she is in the room. If you have lots of questions, write them down. Otherwise she is excellent! I love Dr. Catt!

My experience with Dr. Catt was horrible. My 1st baby- Dr did not explain anything at all unless I asked first. Most appointments were completely pointless, even after waiting an extremely long time in the waiting room. The nurses did all the work and explaining. She would just come in and say "Everything looks good, do you have any questions?" My birthing experience was even worse. She was there 1 minute before the baby was delivered though she knew I had been there for over 24 hours.

She is nice and has a decent bed side manner but she did not take side effects during the end of my pregnancy very seriously and I ended up having to have an emergency C-section. During delivery I developed an infection but was kept in the dark and I never found out what was even wrong with me from her it was the pediatrician that actually told me. If you are like me and want to be informed about your health and the health of your baby she probably is not the right choice.

I felt comfortable with her; however, now that I have received a second and third opinion from other OBGYNs, I realize that she is completely inept. I think she would be a great doc for someone who is totally typical-- If you are pregnant and just need someone to catch your baby, then she is a very nice person and probably capable of doing just that. However, if you are even slightly more complicated, I suggest finding another OBGYN.
