Awful Experience
Had an HSG procedure, where I was told it wouldn’t be painful and if it was something was wrong. Upon experiencing high levels of pain, I mentioned this during the procedure and Dr. Yokubatis terminated the HSG. She then said there was nothing she could do if “I couldn’t handle it” and to call my OBGYN and that they wouldn’t have results for my Fallopian tubes. She wrote in my chart that I asked to terminate procedure, when I didn’t, I just said I was in pain, like I was asked to. Overall, her lack of communication and expectation setting led me to have a very poor experience. One which I will pay $1k+ for with no results.

Dr. Y has helped me multiple times with my imaging medical needs. She answered all of my questions completely and put me at ease about my situation. I checked her training and saw that it was excellent. Further, she went above and beyond by taking extra time to make sure I completely understood any complicated medical terms. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
