Dr. Kendall Hanft, MD

Great doctor and accommodating staff. Dr Hanft spent a lot of quality time with me. She has an amazing amount of patience and kindness. I felt very comfortable with her.

I've been seeing Dr. Hanft for close to ten years, and have followed her to two new locations. She explains everything about your condition clearly and is happy to repeat if necessary. She is interesting to chat with, and upbeat and positive. Her new location on Glades Road in Boca is a nice office with easy parking in the shaded lot, and the office staff are just superb! The only downside can be the wait time; this is especially true with her new professional association for some reason. Recommend bringing a book to read just in case, or scheduling the first time slot in the AM or right after lunch. You will like Dr. Hanft!

I recently took my son to see Dr. Kendall Hanft and we had a truly wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming. Dr. Hanft was incredibly kind, patient and pro professional. She took the time to listen to all his concerns, explained everything clearly and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone in need of caring and professional ENT specialist.

The Doctor is very knowledgeable and personable. I was seen on schedule and the office staff were nice.

Dr. Hanft is a top of the line Doctor. She takes the time you need during an examination and is very thorough. She explains issues so you can understand them and has an excellent so called 'bedside manner.' In this day and age this is the type doctor I want to care for me!

Been a patient of Dr. Hanft for over 20 yrs and can't imagine seeing anyone else.

I went to Dr. Hanft for an annual hearing check up. Shortly after checking on time with reception, I was led into a patient room. I sat there for one hour and 45 minutes before the doctor walked in. She apologized and couldn't give an explanation other than to discuss with the office manager. The 20 minutes spent with the doctor before and after the hearing test were thorough and complete. At her suggestion, I asked to speak with the office manager for an explanation. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I left my phone number and asked for the manager to call me. I never got that call.

Dr Hanft goes above and beyond!!! She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen.

Dr. Hanft is friendly, kind and attentive. Her staff is also great.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment due to severe sore throat and swelling. She walked in and told me she wouldn't treat me since she only does consultations. Whatever that means. Suggested I go to ER. Wanted me to sign document saying I wouldn't sue her. Stay away

Office tries to adhere to social distancing, but being so small, its impossible at the reception to be 6-foot from patients exiting. I felt Dr. Hanft was too interested in having us buy her hearing aids and felt she didn’t take enough time to explain why she felt my current hearing aid would damage my ears, especially when I need only amplification (rather than difficulty understanding words). My wife revealed she has tinnitus so the sounds during the hearing test might conflict with the ringing in her ears. Dr. Hanft explained about tinnitus saying there’s not much that can be done about it except surgery and gave her an 18-year old informational leaflet which said, its inappropriate to be told, just go home and learn to live with it - which is more or less what Dr. Hanft had just said. Dr.Hanft said I should have an MRI, just in case, that I should get it across the street, and its covered by my health insurance. The cost, $110 copay! I don't feel our best interests were served.

i went in to see dr hanft for a nasal surgery advice and dr hanft was great. her staff on the other hand ia uselss.2/2 20 i was given a script for labcorb and told if i dont hear from them by tues call them. i did tbey had no orderes from dr hanft yet call later in week soni did still no orderes. i explained i had a copy of tge order i can enail it to them.another week goes by no eeturn call i go on vactipn 8 days and still no return call i finall on 3/1 , mind u its over a month later ive been chasing tbese people around for. after a 10 min phone call im told oh sorry we dont tale your insurance . .took a month to figure that out and now i need a new script for a differnt catscan pmace and still no call back. tbese people lack business professionalism and good work ethics.im sure the dr doeant wanna hear she loses patient after patient due to her incompetent staff... il speak to my primary and have him write the script and if he wants he can consult with her i wouldnt

I called to make an appointment for an annual hearing loss check up. I experienced a temporary hearing loss 5 years ago as a result of an accident. When I said that I had once been in an accident the doctor refused to see me.

I went into see Dr.Hanft last tuesday with swelling on the right side of my face.I have had ear pain in my right ear and sinus pain and swelling I have had vertigo.I brought my CAT scan with the report to have the doctor review.The report said I had right sinus air mass disease.The doctor said nothing wrong with my ear or sinus and that it was a brain disorder.II asked her for something for the swelling on in the right side of my face .She described me as dizzy with giddiness. Just not true

I was referred to Dr Hanft, by my PCP, Dr James Luckett. As always he refers me to exceptional DRs. Dr Hanft was Awesome! The level of service was exceptional, she was warm, engaging, attentive, and thorough. Her staff was equally impressive!

this office was amazing!! From scheduling to paying what a great experience! The dr was so sweet and was so tentative to my problems. I love when a Dr. really cares and you can tell with this office that they really do care!
