I had seen online nothing but good reviews on Dr. Black and since I needed a second opinion I wanted to check him out. He had a calm and warm spirit. And he gave me hope that even though there are many side effects to this surgery, I could believe that il was a low percentage of that happening to me.

Dr Black performed my surgery on 9/3/20. I have been diagnosed with grade 3 anaplastic astrocytoma. He was wonderful. We are scheduled for a 2nd surgery in December in case of any recurrence. I feel so blessed/fortunate to have him as my surgeon.

Takes more risk in consideration of reward. Life is ruined. Should have suggested other options other than surgery.

Dr. Black is my neurosurgeon, he successfully removed a 6.5 cm benign frontal meningioma tumor from my brain. He was professional, courteous, and compassionate, I was scared when I arrived for a consultation, but he put me at ease The tumor was diagnosed on June 29. I was admitted to Cedars Sinai on July 25 for surgery, where Dr. Black and his professional team successfully removed the tumor. I can't say enough about Dr. Black and his skills, I will always be grateful for my new life.

Dr. Keith L. Black, MD saved our son's life in March of 2017. We only went to see him for a second opinion. The next morning we received a call that he wanted to perform our son's life saving surgery. We feel so blessed as a family that Dr. Black wanted to perform such a life saving procedure for our son. Our 22 year old son had a tumor the size of a plum in the right ventricle of the brain. The 6 hour surgery was a success!!!
