Totally amazing staff. The attention to your needs and has all under one roof. The time spent at the office is so efficient and slim line. They saved my life by running all these test to really see what is going on. From A to Z the attention and patient needs come first. I’ve referred several patients and all have had great success. The also have nutritional and hormonal therapy as well as every specialist under one roof. They call you to remind you and schedule your next visit. The are open until 8 pm weekdays and until noon on Saturday. What I’m must impress is that WALKUPS are welcome and no one is ever turn away. As for a self paid patient the rates are very reasonable cheap. I trust my family with premium healthcare.

I’ve been going to dr Hoover for almost a year and I love this medical establishment. It’s the best. They listen to everything and will refer you to get stuff done. Other doctors are not as quick to do this. Yes the wait time at the main location is lengthy but I’d rather deal w that then not get my medical needs met.

The worst customer service ever, no one at office answers the phones, i dont know what kind of drs office this is.

I am requesting a medical records to have my insurabily but Medical Record dept is a disaster . They keep people in hold , they do not take care about that I have more than 15 days requesting this records to have my life insurance . Dr Hoover could you help to have it asap ?

Dr. Hoover and her staff are exceptional and efficient. You will most likely spend the entire day there but you will get everything you need done on the same day! No need to request multiple days off at work. They even offer telemedicine if you can't come in. The staff go above and beyond to help with all your medical needs. I absolutely recommend coming here!

Dr. Hoover MONEY HUNGRY & Super Rude Staff! Stay away!!! You are never seen by the actual doctor unless you pay extra to see her! Everything is about MONEY for them. I know medicine is all about money but they’re overboard. First visit seemed good. However, any visit after is a nightmare. They refer you to specialists but never send the dr’s notes requested in order to be seen or to testing facilities for MRI’s, etc. to be done. I have spend thousands of dollars this past year going to this clinic, paying out of network (because they don’t take my insurance) but they already had my medical records from previous years. That’s why I stayed hoping they would help me with my herniated disc and possible heart condition. Since June 2021 I have been waiting for them to send dr’s notes to my insurance so they can approve a MRI, to the specialist so I can be seen and til this day Feb 10, 2022, NOTHING has been sent. I had to pay for the MRI out of pocket.

They charged me 20 USD (Co-Payment-independent of the $ 15 insurance) for doing the analyzes with them and then the Laboratory where they were sent again charged me 20 USD .. When you pay cash, they do not give you the receipt, when you return (in my case) at 2 days does not appear .. You are not treated by the same Registered Nurse, you have to repeat the problems you have every time you go and they do not follow up on the results of the laboratories. They do not know the blood tests that the health insurance "DOES NOT COVER" and the Laboratory sends the bill to the patient, affecting our economy and our credit. In order to communicate with the Office Manager, for a complaint it is MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. I do not recommend this clinic, it is a shame because the installation is very good and clean.

Terrible experience! I have to give 1 star because it makes me select a minimum. I was not able to see the doctor just assistants. Several in a row asking the same questions. I was misdiagnosed by an assistant. I ended up in urgent care...could've been bleeding internally. Worst part no service afterwards. I tried to get information on how to obtain lab results...no callback for a week. Finally got a manager on the line...to show no care whatsoever and hung up while I was still speaking. You're better off in an animal farm. Looks like just a money pit business taking money from insurance with hundreds of people parading throughout the day. I was in severe pain... rather than getting me to an xray right away, they wanted to do an allergy test and anything else they could get money from insurance. Much better doctors out there.

Be careful. I went for my annual visit as I do every year. I do all of my blood work at the office since they have a quest facility on site. I was appalled to receive an invoice for $5,000 for blood work. When I questioned this, they simply said my health insurance denied the payment. After I explained that neither could I, I received a call from Quest asking me to pay for the (28) tests that she requested. How can a doctor prescribe 28 blood tests? This does not make any sense. I've tried to speak to her office, and they simply will not speak to me. I called Quest and they turned over to a collection agency with a mark on my credit. Think about it: Does it not sound suspicious that a physician prescribe 28 tests for a regular annual visit??? I'm a single woman trying to get through this pandemic with no pay. They have ruined my credit & take zero responsibility for running 28 tests without letting me know the consequences. I will be filing a report with Tallahassee.

Excellent staff and excellent facility

Cancelled my follow up because it was such a huge waste of 4 hours the first time. I was told I could get my results through Quest Diagnostics, which didn't work. I tried to call to get them and was just placed on hold indefinitely. Save your time, go somewhere else!

The doctor is hardly available to see you. The medical assistants prescribes medication like candy. They will not call with tests results. Very bad practice.

The practice is and ER on steroid.no one explain the test and why,neither, the draw of blood the time expend in the First visit was 2minuts tops.at lease for me. They don't keep a copy of the tests ordered 'don't write the codes etc.I will go back to get my results and that's it .Not for me.I need something else.

Dr Hoover is a very well prepared, compassionate Doctor. She listens and makes the necessary test to find reason of disease. Her Office is very convenient since it is well equipped, professional team is very prepared, and you can arrive without appointment. You can have ECG, ultrasound, X-Ray in the same place. She brings specialist to assist her with diagnosis. The team that draws blood from you is very prepared and professional;. she solves all your problems. Best Doc in town!

Fast appointment fast service that's what I need it .Dr Hoover was very knowledgeable in every subject we talk and was able to prepare a plan of treatment to star very quickly ,Verry Impressed the place is very bussie and a lot of staff on the move. Like it. Tony

Office called to say I had abnormal test results, but wouldn't say what the results were unless I made another appointment. Also, the prescription they wrote was not in Dr. Hoover's name, but in the name of a doctor I had never seen. Person who handed me the prescription said that that was because my insurance was being billed by the other doctor, which seemed super fishy. Also, there's some sort of vitamin IV facility inside the facility.

When I went to get a swelling on the back of my head checked out, the doctor didn't even take a look at it & prescribed me antibiotics. I went to the urgent care for a second opinion, where the doctor actually looked at it, & it turns out that it was a swollen lymph node due to my psoriasis. I was prescribed a cream by the UC, & it got better. I wanted to get my medical records from Dr. Hoover's office because I want to go to a different Dr., but was told I had to come in for a consult & pay!
