Dr Mone refused to prepare a referral to a Baptist specialist for a one time follow up visit after discharge even though multiple times Humana and patient family requested it per hospital discharge order. She insisted it had to be conviva network specialist even though she was informed over and over again that it was the 1st and only visit after hospital discharge. The moment she found out my parents were so displeased that they had decided to discontinue with Conviva, she only then did she have a staff member call and provide basis for her denial. She was in error all along but since it was impossible for her to make herself available on the phone, we were not able to get her to understand the exception. Clearly she does not care and is too busy to be available for her patients when there is an emergency. Consequently my father missed 3 scheduled appointments with specialized cardiologist while waiting for Dr Mone to provide referral to Humana. I strongly NOT recommend this Dr

Dra Mones is the person from whom you can always receive a great sense of humanity and friendship. She has a very special place in the hearts of my family and me.
