Dr. Kathryn Connors, MD

I could not even tell you how many HIPAA violations I saw on my visit to this office. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I got to my appointment and they tried to insist I would be cash pay. My insurance was out of network which was discussed with the office staff prior to even booking an appointment so why they insisted I pay cash is beyond me. After that the provider offered me little to no information beyond what I found online myself. Following the appointment they never sent my prescription through to my pharmacy and I spent 3 phone calls over several days to get it. Then they sent a one month supply after me asking for a 3 month. It took 3 people and 35 minutes on hold to even get the prescription changed to a 3 month supply. They also tried to lie and say this was because of insurance but they never even attempted and it went through at 0 cost immediately after.

My entire pregnancy and post partum experience with Lilac was incredible from start to finish. Everyone from the secretary, to the ultrasound techs (we loved Jen), to the nurse practitioner, to the phlebotomist, to all three of the doctors were absolutely amazing. Being an all woman practice was one of the things that drew us to Lilac. Such a positive, calm, inviting atmosphere. Dr. Connors was my primary physician. I ended up having an emergency induction due to gestational hypertension at 37 weeks and spent 7 days at the hospital, so I saw Dr. Switzers and Adams as well. I could say this of all three women but Dr. Connors especially - she truly listened to me and my body. Never doing something I was uncomfortable with. Always explaining to my understanding and answering questions. Did not push a c-section on me when the induction medications weren't working quickly - slow and steady we had a healthy baby!! So very grateful we stumbled upon Lilac. I highly recommend this practice!

Ya know at first I was a little concerned because Dr. Connors looks so young, but after talking with her she is very knowledgeable with what she does. It was very important to me that I had a GYNO who was not all about babies and I feel that Dr. Connors is that person. She answered my many questions and made me feel comfortable asking them. She was also able to work with me regarding what we needed to get done safely and affordably.
