Worst experience ever
Telehealth
Worst Dr. experience ever and I'm 67. They rarely answer the phone and don't return voicemail messages. They kept saying they didn't have my referral even though my doctor's office had proof they sent it three times so it took months to even get an initial appointment. That initial appointment was supposed to be a video call with the doctor. I did not get a link for the video and had filled out the questionnaire three times I had to call the office and leave a message finally someone called me and the PA just basically reviewed everything I had just spent a half-hour entering. She ordered the sleep study even though I told her I had already been diagnosed with severe apnea. I did the sleep study and was told that I had a video appointment with the DOCTOR to go over my results. Again no link and got a call where they hung up. Four calls later telling me it was my phone problem even though I had already gotten several calls that day I asked them to email me a link which they did and when

Disappointing
Disappointed in dealing with this doctor and staff. Never was able to speak or visit with this doctor. Had to leave several voice messages just to setup an appointment. On my first appointment the receptionist just handed me a unit to take home and bring back to the office. After calling several times to drop off with no calls returned. I brought the device back and had to leave it on the front desk because nobody was around. She sent a report to both of my doctors stating there was no problems. Both of my doctors instantly saw a problem with the results of the first sleep study. Then went through with all these problems again with doing a follow up overnight study in a local hospital. Getting a copy of that report took almost 2 months. Once again never contacted by this doctor directly. Took a lot of calls to the office just to talk the receptionist. Then it seemed I was making them go out of their way to send me a copy of the report. Very disappointing.

Dr Wilson is passionate about sleep health. For four years she and staff make me feel like I have all the time in the world when we talk. They are present and interested and interesting too - very current with new schools of thought. Refills prompt, issues rapidly addressed- and gentle but firm guidance when my sleep hygiene veered during covid. What a help it was to have had that redirection from a doctor and PA I trust to guide me. Be patient in the beginning there is a protocol that takes a bit to regulate itself in the beginning of sleep study and meds. Rest assured you are absolutely in capable hands and Dr. Wilson will walk side by side with you until your out the other side of bumpy times and on into fabulous sleep health!
