Dr Kate refused to test my child for covid after a confirmed exposure, knowing she is high risk. She allowed no time for us as parents to communicate and make a decision and only wanted us us to pay for additional testing even though we didn't request it

We have seen Dr Kate several times and she is amazing. She keeps my kids calm and in some situations she even calmed me down. Has gone gone above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience there.

We saw Dr. 'K' as she introduces herself at the pediatric urgent care center in Williamsville. She was incredibly personable and quickly looked at my 20 month old son with his symptoms, exam and seal barking cough and told me he had croup. 20 min later we got a steroid and he had his first good night sleep in 3 days. Very efficient, very nice.
