My appointment was rescheduled due to weather then I waited a month to be seen. Then I was called and asked to push my appointment back because they double booked my appointment time .... I arrive late to my appointment due to not being able to find close parking... my own fault... Then upon arrival I advise I was late and she spoke with the doctor who was very rude and either didn’t care or didn’t know I was standing in her face when she told the desk clerk that I needed to wait and that it’s not her fault I’m late ... very weird and very rude ... the desk clerk set down and proceeded to whisper to me that I could wait and there is a possibility for me to be seen that she will let me know if she has any cancellations .... Poor communication Unprofessional Definitely Avoidable Please advise your patience of lack of parking options And if you change appointment times and have been accommodated by the client be accommodating The desk clerk was nice and friendly however the doc

I was a patient of Dr Anik, she lacks bedside manner and empathy, her medical advice was ok however she does not spend the time to explain and is short when you ask questions.
