Yesterday I fell and then had rib pain. After that I went for routine ear care and the PA at the otolaryngologists encouraged me to go to Urgent Care. Fortunately, I had bruised, not broken, my ribs. Dr. Weise had them x-rayed and then explained to me how to care for them at home. She took time to tell me what signs to look for if I would need further care. She was kind, thorough and reassuring--important to me because I have osteoporosis.
