Clinic doesn't respect patient's time
She's a good doctor, but she doesn't run her clinic well. More specifically, she doesn't respect my time. Whenever I've had an appointment and I arrive early or on time, I always have to wait well over an hour to see her. There's no excuse for poor time management and poor management of your patients and your schedule. We are all busy and it's completely disrespectful to make me sit in the waiting room or the patient room for anything over 40 minutes...no excuses, just really bad management and time management skills. So she might be a good doctor, but I just couldn't see her anymore....my time is valuable and I've actually missed important duties because of the lack of respect she and her office provides to their patient's schedules. They expect us to be on time, well I expect the same respect I give to them. I've never been to a doctor that disrespects their patient's time more than Dr. Maltby, so don't waste your time, find a different doctor..that's what I did & I'm happier!

Was no help at all
I went to Dr. Maltby for a rashand horrible itch that I had been having off and on for several months. I told her I would develop this rash when I ate pork or beef and I wanted her to test me for Alfa Gal. She told me I did not have Alfa Gal and that my rash was from something airborne. Did not do any testing at all, just told me to keep a diary of what I had been around. I saw her in Oct and I have had two more episodes, each one worse each time. I was tested by my primary care physican last week. The tests came back positive for Alfa Gal. A waste of a visit and money seeing Dr. Maltby, did not want to listen to me.

Dr. Maltby is the best in my book. My allergies were so bad, my husband refused to go to the doctor with me because he was afraid people would think he had beaten me up. LOL Dr. Maltby is uplifting and she takes her time with her patients. I feel better today, after four years of treatment, than I have felt in 25 years when it comes to allergy symptoms. I started with weekly shots, then went to bi-weekly, and then monthly. The goal is to stop them soon. I highly recommend her.
