Dr. Kamakki Banks, MD

Didn't know why I was there, even though my primary care physician referred me and sent X-rays. When I suggested my enlarged heart could be a result of the flu I recently had for 3 weeks might be the cause, she replied, "yeah, I suppose it could be". No in-depth discussion, no real examination and she was 30 minutes late coming into the room to see me. Without in-depth discussion or examination a test was ordered - one month later, with another appointment a week later by videoconference. These two appointmants haven't happened yet, and they won't, because I'm cancelling them. I've never had so disinterested a doctor before.

She reviewed the medical records I brought with me in detail especially the test results. She discussed her plan of care with reassurance and ensured I understood. My level of concern was somewhat Decreased. She made me feel like I was part of my care plan.
