Dr Wong was very thorough. She went over my tests and offered explanations and suggestions to support my results. She made me feel very comfortable and made some small talk too. I will ask for her again.

Dr. Wong is very professional, warm and cares about her patients. She explains everything in a way I can understand. I have been her patient for five years and intend to see her every year for my eye health care. She is an excellent Dr.

My experience with this practice is very frustrating. I was told I would have a 10-minute wait before being called in. After 45 minutes, I was still waiting. I had told the scheduler on the phone that I had an appointment elsewhere at 5pm, and that I would have to leave in time for that. I ended up having to leave without seeing Dr. Wong because of how long it took to bring me in. Additionally, what I had been told was a follow-up appt. turned out to be an annual exam, which would have taken much longer than I had been told. Regardless of Dr. Wong's qualifications, I am not happy with the way this practice is run and the lack of respect shown to patients. If you do make an appointment with this group of doctors, prepare to have a very long wait.

I've been going to Dr. Wong for the last couple of years and received excellent care. She's taken the time to clearly explain what was needed and has been very easy to communicate with. I've recommended other family and friends and they've been equally pleased with the results.
