Dr. Julio Batista, MD

Julio Batista is my favorite gynecologist. He is a Professional and Trained in every sense of the word as a gynecologist; and as a human being he is very respectful and concerned with his patients. I have seen other gynecologists and I can say that they lack patience and humanity, I have had a very bad experience with them, and they immediately send you to the operating room without a previous analysis. This gynecologist, Julio Batista, is exceptional, and very patient, I don't change him for anyone.

My grandma had a terrible experience at this place. The doctor Julio Batista and staff have 0 empathy for the elderly. She went there early in the morning and they left her for last even though her appointment was early. She waited for over 4 hours and ended up leaving in the afternoon. On top of that, when the doctor finally saw her, she told me the doctor introduced the speculum super fast and did not even use gel when he knew that she was old and had vaginal dryness. My grandma was screaming in pain. Also, no one helped her stand from the bed that was very high; she could have fallen. She obviously will not be coming to this place again. There are way better doctors out there, save yourself from a horrible experience.

If you are fine waiting for more than 4 hours to be seen by a doctor, this is the place. Hay que esperar más de 4 horas para que te vea el doctor.

Horrible waiting time. All about money,nothing about care.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment and I needed to wait 4 hours in the waiting room. I finally enter and the Nurses were incredibly rude because they only speak Spanish and I was talking to them in english. Then another 40 minutes waiting until I saw the Doctor. The Doctor was not helpful, didn't explain anything and acted like he was in a rush to get to the next patient. 4 hour wait for a 2 minute appointment. Very disappointed. Changed gynecologist right after that.
