Unauthorized Charges
Went in for a consultation, which lasted 10 mins, and received a bill for nearly $2,500, including procedures I didn't authorize, and am now trapped in NYU's impossible billing maze. Total charlatan. I am going to have the procedure she recommended, but because of her deceptive billing practices, I've decided to have it done elsewhere.

I would not go back to Dr. Lee. I used healthgrades reviews to select her and was very disappointed with the visit I had. I felt she was dismissive of my issue and did more to withhold care instead of offer it. However, I have a chronic breathing issue which was confirmed by my PCP and scans prior to my visit. In spite of what I felt was a dismissive diagnosis, I was steadfast and made her review every one of my symptoms. When that was finished, she finally admitted I did need treatment after all. Because I don't think I can continue fighting for care from this physician, I will find another ENT.

I had surgery in July 2019 with Dr. Lee to correct lifelong breathing issues. I had already had a previous surgery with a different doctor that did not help, so I was nervous to have another surgery. I also chose to have some cosmetic changes as well. Dr. Lee was upfront and matter of fact with me about what improvements I could expect, but also what was not realistic for me personally. I appreciated her honesty and realism. Surgery went great, and I'm able to breathe clearly for the first time in my 30 years! Cosmetically speaking, I love my nose and it fits my face perfectly. Most people have no idea that I had any cosmetic changes unless I tell them (I wanted a subtle/natural looking change). I felt that the follow up care was just as exceptional. One of my friends has already made an appointment with Dr. Lee, and I've recommended that my sister do as well!

During my surgery, Dr. Lee performed several procedures to correct my severe breathing issues caused by obstruction including a septoplasty. I also elected to have a cosmetic procedure (rhinoplasty) at the same time. Following the surgery, my sinuses are perfectly clear; for the first time in my life I can breathe properly through my nose, and my snoring has gone away. The cosmetic work was just beautiful. My nose is perfectly straight and symmetrical and I could not be happier with the results.

She set my broken nose. Although it was painful she told me what to expect before & during each step of the procedure which helped a lot. She comes across as a very knowledgeable and caring doctor.

I never write reviews, but I believe Dr. Lee deserves one. She is easily one of the best doctors I have dealt with. Scheduling was a breeze, as were the wait times. She has a great bedside manner, and is thorough in her explanations. She performed a septo-rhino plasty on me for a broken nose and I was really happy with the results. However she is very picky with insurances and for this reason I was/am unable to see her post surgery because of an insurance change.

Excellent doctor. Sharp and focussed. Knowledgeable. Additionally, noticed something on my vocal cord and referred me to the appropriate specialist. I would return w/o question. She has my trust.

She was not an alarmist. She explained the procedures prior to doing them. She explained everything thoroughly.
