If I could leave zero stars I would. SHAMEFUL
Been going here 20ish years. You wait 6 weeks or more to get in just to wait over an hr in waiting area thrn taken back to a room to wait longer. NO COMMUNICATION! I literally had to WALK OUT and go to the desk after an HOUR. No apology, no 'would you like to reschedule'.. NOTHING. The staff here is a joke.

Terrible experience
Wife went 4+ months w/o her cpap machine due to inadequacy of staff/doctor We had to supply her with all the information needed to get a new one twice. They lost the first paperwork we supplied.Last appointment with her was scheduled as first of the day and still waited 1 hr 6 minutes in the exam room. Appears to be completely overwhelmed and was unable to fill out simple med orders such as MRIs and blood tests, missing information. When advised of issues I was told they filled it out correctly and that I couldn't read the order. We have since found a new doctor and now realize how incompetent the service we had been getting really was.DO NOT USE if you want timely and effective care

Horrific
If I could give -100 stars I would. Every single time you go in expect to wait an hour over you appointment time just to get to the room, when you do get to a room it takes another hour to see the doctor. When she does see you she rushes and acts like you’re just another patient to run through. Getting anyone to answer is impossible. I left 8 voicemails over a month to get my test results read.. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK!They made me come in and make an appointment for my results to simply be read. AND GUESS WHAT, I waited ANOTHER 2 hours for nothing. While in the waiting room I called their office and watched to see if the phone even rang, guess what they didn’t! They then lied straight to my face saying their phones work. It didn’t ring, they didn’t react nothing. When I mentioned voicemails they looked at me like I’m crazy. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER DO NOT SEND YOUR WORST ENEMY HERE!!

Dr. Waters is friendly and easy to talk to, however that's the only positive I have. She was supposed to call in 2 prescriptions, but only one was. Ordered lab work and told me not to call for results that they would call me. It's been over a week since I received my lab work results on my UH chart, but still no call.

She never spends enough time with me. She comes in and asks the basic questions and then she is gone. I was told I would get a call when test results were in and I never got a call. I left a message early this AM and it is now 4 :30pm and I have heard nothing.

The office staff is extremely rude. Promised test results that day, never came. Called next day again, still no results, excuses made by poor customer service staff!!! Sophia from Test Results line was extremely rude to us. Wait FOREVER in the waiting room and office is extremely disorganized. Still waiting for our results.
