I am 30 weeks pregnant, and received a phone call that she has left. Not only did that leave me trying to find a new OB in my last trimester but at my last appointment with her she wanted to check me if i was dilating. I took me up until 30 weeks to trust her delivering my baby girl. But no one knows what her situation was, so i cant put any blame on her, yes it is aggravating but its life and not everything is going to go the way you want it.

Recommend this Dr if you are searching for a Dr that will listen to you. Only had to wait 2 days for an appt. Only took a few minutes to get into office upon arriving. Staff was friendly and courteous. Test results were given to me in a reasonable amt of time and thoroughly explained. All my concerns were addressed and questions answered.

I came to Dr joanne Spreitzer with pain in my lower abdomen and pelvis area and profuse sweating. She proceeded to examine me.Then she decided I needed an ultral sound. I told her I believe that gauge may have been left in me. When ultral sound results came back she said it appears as though it could be a mass or tumor. So she decide that I needed and MRI she wrote abnormal debris. When the results came back she no longer wanted to see me. I guess because of what she expected was true.

She was very rude and cold during my appointment. She spent very little time with me and acting as if I was not important . She seemed in a rush and just wanted me in and out. I have never felt so uncomfortable and not important. I left very upset and disappointed. I would not wast another appointment with her. She does not care for her patients.

After seeing several doctors to try to diagnose and treat a condition I was having, Dr. Spreitzer was the first one I felt very confident seeing. She is realistic, thorough, thoughtful and really knows what she is doing. She took her time with me and seemed to cover every base. First pleasant experience I have had in a long time, and for once I finally feel like someone is looking out for my health and well being.

I only had her one time since she transferred to another office, but I loved her! She made me feel so comfortable for it being my first experience with an OBGYN. She took the time to listen to me and helped me solve some of the problems I was having. I wish she would come back to Brownstown, I'm having a tough time finding a doctor as good as she is

Very nice and knowledgeable. First time seeing a woman OBGYN, and wish I saw one years ago...or had her as a doctor years ago. She took her time and explained everything to me, making sure I understood everything..I wasn't rushed, and in all it was a good experience, and Dr. Spreitzer is probably one of the kindest doctors, I have come across.
