I have had spinal stenosis for 11 years. Dr Borovic is the only Doctor in three states whom has helped me aliviate my pain. Thank you so much. Mr Guillermo Godinez

I went to see Dr. Borovic for epidural injections for my lower back because I had a disc herniation that was compressing my nerve. I went to see him while I was in extreme pain for months. I was extremely disappointed in his lack of patient care and unprofessionalism. He did not explain the procedure to me while conducting the injections. He also made false promises and "guaranteed" that the injections would take away my immense amount of pain I was experiencing. As a doctor, he should not guarantee outcomes to vulnerable patients. He never explained ALL THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS of the epidural injection. I ended up going to the ER that night and luckily I was fine but did end up with unnecessary medical bills . I DO NOT recommend going to him. He is by far the worst doctor I have ever gone to.

Patients need to report this Office Staff, Borovic & NP Ryan O'Malley to their insurance companies and the State Medical Board! They are committing serious Insurance Fraud, Insurance-Discrimination, & Racial Discrimination. They are racist, abusive, and have callous disregard for patients. Their only concern is how much money they can make from each patient, and if they can't make a large sum from you, they will discriminate you out of the office. They force the patients into dangerous surgical injection procedures that Borovic does badly, that don't even help your pain. They do not send the patients to PT or any other alternate therapy, and force them to continue to be dependent on Borovic. The patients they can't make the most money from wait 3.5 hours, while many other people come in for their appt hours later to check in and leave within 20 minutes. They even put fake names on the sign in sheet, never letting you touch it yourself, putting you at the bottom with false sign in time

This is the most horrible office I’ve ever been to. The wait time is 3 to 4 HOURS each time, and you are treated in an extremely disrespectful, rude and uncaring manner by the entire staff. If you try to speak at all you are accused of “arguing” or talking back to the Nurse O’Mally who is the only one you see. If you do not agree to letting Borovic inject you, either because you are afraid or have had these injections before and they were not helpful, they will IMMEDIATELY work to get rid of you as a patient. This office just pumps these patients in and out for the money, and will lie, misrepresent your medical records and do whatever they can just to get surgical procedure fees from your insurance, and if you don’t comply they will make it so horrible and uncomfortable for you to continue to go to the office that you will be forced to leave. This office including Ryan O’Mally, the front desk staff and Borovic are all rude, deceptive, and consistently make false statements.

Dr. Borovic is extremely passionate about helping people get relief form whatever pain they are experiencing. I saw him a few times and each time he listened to me very carefully, payed attention to my requests, had time to answer all my questions in a very professional manner and made sure to address major concerns regarding pain medications I was taking. I feel much better after every visit and I would highly recommend this exceptional doctor to my friends and family.
