Dr. Pankratz is a delight. He spent time listening to my symptoms, asking a lot of questions. It's clear that he truly cares and is very engaged. He stayed with me while we worked to get my CT scan results ordered by a different doctor's office and explained his approach. He made me feel comfortable with next steps. The follow up after my MRI was via video conference and we agreed to a plan for ongoing support. I highly recommend Dr. Pankratz.
